weather has turned!!

eish, so this whole week has been a hectic week in terms of the weather!!its been raining like all the time and its just crazy...like where is all this weather coming from hey. its been like melb weather...cold,rainy!! like abt 12-14 degrees during the day and windy and cold...its just even deep!!
but i shldnt complain too much coz its been a great winter so far,like so warm so a week or 2 of dodgy weather aint too bad really. anyway...laterz

Trip to melbourne!!wat a ball!!

so i went there on monday night last week and got there early(like 530am!) i met up with carol in town and we just hung out before going to geelong were me and lindy would be staying with pschyz and tafadzwa. geelong is about 70kms outta melbourne which was 50mins on the train. anyway so i was passing time so that lindy would fly in then we wld get there togetha but unfortunately that ddnt happen and lindy was now arriving kuma 9pm that nyt. so shock...horror i would be seeing these guys alone and i'll admit i was nervous kuti wat if we dnt have nyayas afta like an hour or sumthing. anyway,carol decided to come to geelong with me 4 a few hrs to see wats it like so i was relieved kuti i'd have sumone with me.so we get there and the boyz were reeeeaaaly cool.just got on so well it was even deep.they showed us around a bit then time 4 carol to go back then waited 4 lindy to get there. went to pick up lindy(so great to see u bru!) then jus chilled catching up and stuff.

next day was wed, got up a bit late and can u belive it..taf was cooking us breakfast...how sweet!!! got our eat on then went to see deakin uni and walked around and stuff. its actaully a really nice uni and we didnt see as many zimbos as we thot there were but u never know,maybe they were jus undercover. we walked around,went to the malls, then went to see KJ (yup,kuzdayi kujeke!) at her house. that was cool,me and lindy werent sho if we'd even have gwans with her but sha we found gwans and rapped a bit. we were only there 4 like 15-20mins so it wasnt bad. sha dudes u shld see her hey...she's lost so much weight!!! its shocking. i reckon she's even smaller than anna or loretta even (serious!!) it was crazy! she also lives with her italian boyfriend called carlo...yeah but it was cool to see her. we went back home and watched dvds,listened to music till late late. which so wasnt clever coz had to get up early the next day to go shopping in melbourne.

So Thursday we went into melb and met up with carol to go shopping...ownes ka...it was crazy! talk abt shop till u drop! things on sale everywhere etc...by about 5pm we were so done,so we went to where carol was staying to go change coz the boyz were coming to melb and we were gonna go out. they came and we went to this big hotel called the crown and walked around and had some asian food then we went to this club called lotus. it was pretty cool and we met a few other zimbo chicks there (shyie u would know this st johns chick called tatenda who had a baby...ya she was there).
anyway kuma 3am me i was finished so we went home and guess who had to drive coz the guys had been drinking...yup,yours truly! sha i was freaked out to be driving in melb and pschyz's car at that but it was all good.hit ma serious prayers the whole way home...a good 1hr!! got home the sleep was gone so chatted and messed arond till 5am then finally dosed.

friday,got up kuma 11 and i had to be at the airport by 2pm to leave for perth. got there,my flight was delayed 4 2hrs but the boys and lindy were kind enuff to hang with me for 2hrs. lindy by the way was leaving kuma 9-10pm that nyt so she was still there after i left. got back to perth kuma 7pm and that was the sad sad end to a GREAT few days in melb. sha we had such a blast, and our boyz looked after us so well it was shocking!! all in all we had a blast and i've put pics up on hi5. i want to go back there again sumtime. now next stop is sydney, how cool would that be to go there with lindy and the boyz...u never know

life's a journey...they say!

i was jus thinking yeah...u know how they say 'life is a journey enjoy the ride'...well that phrase is quite ambiguous coz the thing is the journey can be done in so many way eg, there are those that take it easy and 'walk'; then you get those that sprint through life without taking time to see the beautiful scenery they are flying past...sad hey. but yeah, i believe that the journey through life is a composite of everthing. sometimes its a bit slow and sometimes its really quick...you dnt even know wats hit ya! but again, ultimately its a journey and no matter wat speed it needs to be enjoyed...you only have one chance at life and we cant afford to waste it.
Another thing is that the journey ka...handiti it can be in a skoroskoro or a lexus?? hmmmm...point to ponder (in that is it up to u that u're in the lexus or its outta your hands what mode or type of transport u take the journey...hmmmm...) probably like before tho u change along the journey. sumtimes u're strapping on foot and other times u're in a bentley..

okay...ya...i've confused myself enuff now...better think about it more huh...

loretta's b/day

so it was lolo's birthday yesterday...yes the big 21!! hectic hey. i rang her up to say happy birthday and she said it had been quiet but was gonna do something with anna in 10 days when its her b/day. talk abt the next one up is my b/day...like how hectic is that! ah well that's part off life and gotta grow up sometime dont we!
so paid 4 my ticket to melbourne today so thats done and dusted...am oh so looking forward to it hey, its gonna be a cracker of a time and i jus hope there's enuf hours in the day to do everthing and see everyone...i doubt it but we gonna sho as well try! am working a lot so that i got a couple of dollars for SHOPPIN...wooohoooo!!! clothes, shoes, bags...bring it all on.
i cant believe its gonna be time to go back to uni already, like where has all the time gone...considering we only had like 4 weeks!!!its crazy, 3rd year now. i reckon its gonna be easier than 2nd year now coz i did all the hard 3rd year units in 2nd year and i managed to pass them so ya...hopefully it shld be cool.
anywho...let me get back to watching my dvds on this boring friday night....

Things i hate!!!well...piss me off!

1. People who point at their wrist while asking for the time...I know where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?
2. People who are willing to get off their ass to search the entire room for the TV remote because they refuse to walk to the TV and change the channel manually.
3. When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Damn right! What good is cake if you can't eat it?
4. When people say "it's always the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it?
5. When people say while watching a film "did you see that?". No Loser, I paid R12 to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor.
6. People who ask "Can I ask you a question?".... Didn't really give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?
7. When something is 'new and improved!'. Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it, couldn't be new.
8. When people say "life is short". What the hell?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!! What can you do that's longer?
9. When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks "Has the bus come yet?". If the bus came would I be standing here, dumbass?

jus called zim and everyone is cool. but everyone is jus going on about how things are soooo hectic!! like apparently fuel is $450000 a litre and like to send an sms is like $20000 or sumthing...soundz crazy hey! like its just absurd really coz wat does the govt. epct people to do...? hopefully the madness will end soon hey coz its getting outta hand now. anyway, my bro seems to be enjoying uni a lot which is good. he was telling me again about how "totally off the chain" the sean-paul,snoop and pharell concert was in CT. i was soooo jealous! we dnt get many big names out here in good ol' perth, they come and go to the eastern states chete...which is unfair! ooooo he also saw Brangelina and the kids just after angelina had her baby!!! how crazy is that hey!!! like sooo cool, not everyday u see major celebs like that, and the week before that he saw Prince Harry at a club in town...sha! i;ll tell u now, i wish i was in cape town man...how exciting to see all these peeps in the flesh huh...
anyway, everyone at cabin is cool and thats always good to know...makes me feel so much better
